  1. Age Requirement

    • By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

  2. Use of the App

    • Use the App only for lawful purposes.
    • Do not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or interfere with the App or its services.

  3. Accounts & Subscriptions

    • Some features require registration and/or paid subscriptions.
    • All payments are processed via Apple’s in-app purchase system. No other payment methods are supported.
    • Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
    • Payments are non-refundable, except as provided under Apple’s refund policies.
    • Manage subscriptions via your Apple ID account settings.

  4. Content & Intellectual Property

    • You retain ownership of content you provide to the App.
    • App-generated content is for personal, non-commercial use only. Do not reproduce, sell, or distribute without permission.
    • All rights, title, and interest in the App remain the property of ReelVibe or its licensors.

  5. User Responsibilities

    • Do not submit illegal, offensive, defamatory, or copyrighted content.
    • Keep your account credentials secure.

  6. Privacy

    • Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
    • By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

  7. Disclaimer & Liability

    • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
    • ReelVibe is not responsible for errors, downtime, or losses.
    • Use of the App is at your own risk.

  8. Changes & Termination

    • ReelVibe may update or modify these Terms at any time.
    • Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
    • Access may be suspended or terminated for violations.

  9. Governing Law

    • These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where ReelVibe operates.
    • Disputes will be resolved in courts with jurisdiction over ReelVibe’s operations.
